    Balance Payable

    • A deposit of 30% of the Rental is payable to secure the booking. The Final Balance should be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

    • Cancellation – Should you be forced to cancel due to government Covid-19 restrictions that prevent you from travelling, then we will refund in full unless we can agree alternative dates. Otherwise, should you need to cancel your booking, then an amount will be charged in lieu of rent at the following rates:

      • Over 8 weeks (56 Days): 30% (Deposit)

      • Over 28 and up to 55 Days: 60%

      • Over 14 and up to 27 Days: 75%

      • Check-in Day to 13 days: 100%

    • The cottage should be clean upon arrival. Upon departure, a final clean will be arranged, but please leave the cottage as you would like to find it.

    • Our Housekeeper will make beds as required and towels are supplied

    • The cottage is let subject to our Terms and Conditions and the attached Booking and Arrival Information
